1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using UnlimitedCall.fun (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the service

UnlimitedCall.fun offers browser-based educational simulators that visually demonstrate call- and SMS-style interfaces using fictional metrics, logs, and animations generated on your device. The Site does not:

  • Place real telephone calls or connect to the public switched telephone network
  • Send real SMS, RCS, or push messages to any phone number
  • Provide bulk messaging, prank-call, or “bomber” services against real people
  • Guarantee any outcome related to real telecommunications

Any phone-like fields are display labels only. You must not rely on the Site for live communications, verification codes, or emergency contact.

3. License to use the site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, educational, and non-commercial evaluation, subject to these Terms. You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure or misrepresents our service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Plan, promote, or facilitate harassment, fraud, scams, or illegal activity
  • Misrepresent the simulators as real calling or SMS tools
  • Attempt to disrupt the Site, inject malware, or bypass security controls
  • Collect personal data of others through the Site for harmful purposes
  • Violate applicable laws, including telecommunications and anti-harassment laws

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

5. Accounts and user content

If the Site offers accounts, comments, or forms, you are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping credentials confidential. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate those features. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

6. Intellectual property

The UnlimitedCall.fun name, logo, layout, and original text are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement of a real calling product or confuses users about the educational nature of the Site.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnlimitedCall.fun and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for access in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify UnlimitedCall.fun and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of UnlimitedCall.fun, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect substantive changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
